RSC Carton Box
The most popular box type used for shipping and storing goods is called a Regular Slotted Container (RSC). When folded, the RSC box’s two outer flaps meet in the middle and are typically fastened shut with tape or staples. Corrugated pads can be inserted between the inside flaps where the product needs additional protection over the top or bottom.
HSC Carton Box
When the cover needs to be removed and replaced often, the Half-Slotted Box with Cover (HSC) is frequently used for shipping and shelf storage. The HSC box’s tray-style top typically extends no more than two thirds of the depth of the bottom (PHSC), but it can be constructed to extend all the way to the bottom if more strength is required (FHSC).
Partitions & Divider
Corrugated Partitions are formed of a special material that differs from chipboard partitions in terms of its properties and from solid bleach sulfite and chipboard, respectively.
